Living and working in Spain, the acclaimed chef Marc Fosh developed his own unique style of cuisine. In 2002 Marc Fosh become the first and only British Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star in Spain, later opening his very own restaurant in Palma de Mallorca with his business partner, Robert Bragagnolo.
