Shopping Areas in Palma
Palma shopping is quite comfortable and easy. You find the main shopping streets in the old town, just above the cathedral, and the centre of Palma. The tree-lined, luxurious Paseo del Borne, one of the most important shopping hubs, offers mainly designer stores and invites you to shop as well as to linger. At the end of the Paseo del Borne there is Avenida de Jaume III. Here you can buy fashionable clothes, shoes and other accessories of any price range. In the center of the old town of Palma de Mallorca, shopping fans will find more stores around the Plaça Major. Below the square is a passageway with shops selling mainly leather goods. Another great shopping street that connects to Plaça Major is the long street San Miguel. Here you find modern, commercial stores for every taste, such as Guess, Mango, Pull & Bear or Mango.
