A place to not only lunch or dine but also to sit, relax and fell well. The new design of the S’Olivera Restaurant in Palma promises a lot. The interior design and architecture studio Bondian Living has created a beautifully bright and green oasis in the middle of the city to lean back and enjoy a fantastic meal.
About S’Olivera Restaurant
The excellent S’Olivera Restaurant is located at the famous Plaza de Cort in Palma de Mallorca, known for a 600 year-old olive tree which is a popular tourist attraction. The restaurant is a great place to go at any time of the day, both for its high-quality creative dishes and its excellent service.
New Design Concept
The space of the restaurant was once small, narrow and closed with only one light by the entrance. To give it more luminosity, openness and spaciousness the interior design studion Bondian Living opened the entrance of the restaurant. Specially designed doors allow direct access to the outdoors creating a perfect symbiosis of the in- and outdoor space.
The restaurant’s style is now very bright, open, Mediterranean, colourful and above all lively. Unique vertical gardens were designed to transmit a greenhouse feeling. In addition, guests can relax and enjoy their meal on an open terrace. The furniture is a vibrant mix of upholstered benches and garden chairs while the tables present beautiful Portuguese tiles. The bar has a more sophisticated touch thanks to an exciting mix of marble and aged French panels that give the restaurant a vintage look.
The floor is a mixture of hydraulic floor and micro cement. In addition, the roof features wooden panels that create a summer chiringuito look. In the bathrooms large jars serve as sinks providing another special touch.
At S’Olivera Restaurant you can expect the freshest food and high-quality ingredients. Many people come here to enjoy the tasty pasta, fish and wok dishes. S’Olivera is also famous for its excellent risottos, mussels in various styles and homemade beef burgers.
